House for vacation rental in Ubatuba
New house, inside the Itamambuca Ubatuba condominium, 2 blocks from the beach, 5 bedrooms, 2 suites, room 3, barbecue, 8x3 pool, wi fi and cable TV
The house is practically new, without the smell of humidity, very airy and very bright, the pool is cleaned every day in the morning, pizza oven barbecue and wood stove
Everything being able to use and enjoy with 1 freezer 2 doors on the side
Bedrooms downstairs: 1 double bed the other: 2 large bunk beds, plus a large bathroom next to the bedrooms,
Room 3 environments, kitchen and balconies with rocking hammocks.
Upstairs: 2 suites with double beds and 1 bedroom with a large double sofa.
External area also has 1 bathroom and 1 shower outside and 1 small room outside with sink and washing machine
Other remarks:
Guests will enjoy a lot in the house, part of the barbecue with a swimming pool and many birds, if you can put a piece of papaya on top of the wall, you will see many colorful birds and at night enjoy that sky with tranquility making a pizza in the wood oven

Olugar é exatamente como nas fotos. O caseiro foi bem prestativo e nos forneceu informações necessárias sobre o local. Fica a uns 300 metros da praia de Itamambuca, o que foi bem útil quando não estávamos afim de sair para muito longe.
