Located in the Wembley Forest Sea Condominium on Toninhas Beach, a true paradise on earth. The condo is at the foot of the mountain, surrounded by native Atlantic Forest on all sides and with wonderful sea views from the balcony of the apt.
The apartment is beautiful, has 85m2 and has 2 suites (rooms with adjoining bathrooms). In suite 1 there is a double bed, wardrobe and LED TV, in the other bedroom there are 2 single beds a bunk bed (bed with another pull down) and LED TV. There is also a loose mattress. Ceiling fan in all environments.
In the living room there is a dining table with 5 chairs, 2 sofas. The app has WIFI and Smartv with Netflix.
The kitchen is complete with cabinets, duplex refrigerator (separate freezer), cooker cockpit (top only), electric oven, microwave and all utensils.

The condominium has swimming pools (adult and children) and a waterfall, sports court, games room, collective grills and an internal forest. Total security with 24 hour concierge and cameras scattered throughout condominium.
