Apartment for vacation rental in Ubatuba
Excellent apartment with wonderful view of the sea. Located in the Wembley Forest Sea Condominium on Toninhas Beach, a true paradise on earth. The condo is at the foot of the mountain, surrounded by native Atlantic Forest on all sides and with wonderful sea views from the balcony of the apt.
The apartment is beautiful, has 85m2 and has 2 suites (rooms with adjoining bathrooms). In suite 1 there is a double bed, wardrobe and LED TV, in the other bedroom there are 2 single beds a bunk bed (bed with another pull down) and LED TV. There is also a loose mattress. Ceiling fan in all environments.
In the living room there is a dining table with 5 chairs, 2 sofas. The app has WIFI and Smartv with Netflix.
The kitchen is complete with cabinets, duplex refrigerator (separate freezer), cooker cockpit (top only), electric oven, microwave and all utensils.
Service area with washing machine machine, beach chairs and umbrella.
The condominium has swimming pools (adult and children) and a waterfall, sports court, games room, collective grills and an internal forest. Total security with 24 hour concierge and cameras scattered throughout condominium.
The condo is located in the part of the Toninhas where the sea looks like a pool of clear water, surrounded by cliffs, great for kids and for swimming and snorkeling. A variety of restaurants are located just a few meters from the hotel.

Apartamento extremamente limpo, tem de tudo o que precisamos em perfeitas condições e funcionamento, organizado e com uma decoração diferenciada que faz a gente se sentir muito bem.
A localização é excelente, 5 minutos da areia, fantástico
A estrutura do condomínio é muito boa, sala de jogos, piscina e paisagismo muito bem cuidado.
O proprietário Sr Luiz sempre muito atencioso e prestativo dispensa comentários, sempre fomos bem atendidos, estamos muito satisfeitos.
Super recomendo para quem busca uma estadia tranquila e de qualidade.
Gostamos muito também do restaurante Moringa, bastante opções e de qualidade nota 10 !

Já fiquei nesse apto outras vezes e mais uma vez foi uma excelente hospedagem, apto limpo. Com utensílios e móveis muito bons.
O condomínio oferece ótima localização, piscina excelente e limpa, salão de jogos bem equipado e uma boa área verde.
A respeito do proprietário fico sem palavras, prestativo, educado, não fica só querendo alugar o imóvel mas sim se preocupa com o bem estar das pessoas, ha muito tempo viajo para ubatuba mas posso afirmar com toda certeza de todos os proprietários de que já aluguei aptos em ubatuba o Luis é na minha opinião o mais gente boa !!!
