The house is on a dead end street in the corner of Praia, access to it is via the sand (about 100mts), it has 5 suites and 2 bedrooms, all with ceiling fans, one suite and 2 bedrooms are in the sea level, the other suites are on different floors, access is by stairs. The house is not adapted for wheelchair users, but it is very accessible for wheelchair users, from the ground floor suite there are only two steps and a small access ramp. Pets are not allowed. It has a barbecue facing the sea, a balcony and a lounge with TV, a bar and a balcony. The beach is calm for children, it is good for cycling and walking, in the center of the beach there are bars and restaurants, Schooner rides, stand up, kayaking,... On the access road you will find all types of shops, Large and small supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, fishmonger, pizzeria, ice delivery and other services. I have caretakers who live on site, they are available for any eventuality and their services can be hired separately. The house has Wifi on all floors.
