Our offer is exclusively for adults, providing the peace and security of a private residence.
It has one bedroom with air conditioning, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a laundry room, a patio, and a balcony (all private).

Eugênio Ruiz Street, the central point of Enseada, a strategic location to enjoy the beach and the conveniences of the area (100 m from a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, pizzeria, kiosks, and the departure point for schooners and speedboats).
SERVICES:
We live in the front house and are available for support or emergencies, always respecting your privacy.
Comfort and hygiene are guaranteed by our personal care. We allow several days between rentals for deep cleaning and property maintenance.
We do not provide personal items (bedding, pillows, towels, or toiletries/cleaning products).
MAXIMUM STAY: 7 days.
