It has an excellent location, being able to walk to the historic center (beach street), restaurants, banks and less than 5 minutes by car from the ferry to Ilhabela. Garage for up to two vehicles and leisure area with swimming pool, barbecue and shower, all fully prepared to welcome you.Our region is full of unmissable attractions and tours. We have several leisure options ranging from the beaches, speedboat and schooner rides through the São Sebastião channel and Ilhabela. Biking and walking are privileged on a wonderful bike path, all surrounded by the Atlantic Forest and facing the sea.
Our house has 02 bedrooms, the suite equipped with a double bed with massager mattress (control on the headboard), bunk bed and air conditioning. In the second bedroom we have 02 bunk beds, and ceiling fan. The property has been completely renovated and has a full kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, water purifier, sandwich maker and other household items. The home office bench has fiber internet, enabling remote work while the family enjoys the pool. The room is equipped with TV, cable channels and ceiling fan. We have the gourmet area equipped with a large table and barbecue. And to finish our pool to relax.
