Our Closed Condominium, Type Pousada Casa, has 16 Flats for Rent for the Season, without Hospitality, and serving from 01 to 04 people at most in each Chalet, including children.
❇✴ We do not accept animals on site.
❇✴ Christmas, New Year's Eve, Carnival, always minimum 04 Nights of Rental per Season, without Hotels.
💠 Values are for each "DAILY / FLAT", up to 04 people in each Chalet.
💠 The Chalets Standard announced here are for Flats with Ceiling Fans, for a maximum of 04 people including children.
💠 Optionally, and with a differentiated rental value, we also provide Flats with Air Conditioning.
Each Flat has a Full American Kitchen, 01 Bedroom for 02 people, with 02 single beds, or join for a couple, and in the Room 02 people in a double sofa bed.
The Seasonal Rental is without Hospitality (ie, we do not provide bed linen, towels and food).
In the common area:
Internet via Wi-Fi, Swimming Pool, Deck, Lounge with Barbecue, Rest Room, Internal Walled Parking (01 Medium Vehicle per Flat).

Looking at the Sea:
To the right, 500m, is SIRENA - Music Night Club.
To the left, 500m, is the PARADO -Music Day Club and the Padaria Elite II.
Ahead, of course, 500m is the Sea.
We are close to all local shops.

✔ Optionally, we have Flats with Ceiling Fans (Advertised) or Air Conditioning, with different values.
✔ Rent a Flat, Without Hospitality, that is, Linen Room Towels, Face and Bath, Hygiene, Cleaning and Food are not provided.
✔ Each Flat, Only 01 Vehicle

✔Local Electric Power: 220V.
✔ We do not accept any kind of animal.
✔ Check-In and Check-out at 12:00 pm.
