Em termos de acomodação, ficamos super satisfeitos com as 4 suítes e com a estrutura de apoio composta por boa cozinha, churrasqueira e a piscina. Como foi uma semana de muita chuva, o que nos salvou foi justamente o fato da casa ser mais ampla, pois as crianças principalmente puderam desenvolver atividades no próprio imóvel...

House for vacation rental in São Sebastião
We have comfortable accommodation for 10 people (up to 12 people), arranged in 4 Suites, one located on the ground floor (conveniently suitable for older people) and the remaining three upstairs where all rooms have hot or cold air conditioning and also a ceiling fan, in the bathrooms the water heating is central and all have hygienic showers.
The recreation area is covered, with a barbecue and a spa (pool) with hydromassage and solar heating, next to a wooden deck.
The kitchen is fully equipped and is combined with a living room counter for quick meals.
We have internet, wifi, smart TV with wide programming satellite receiver.
The parking is located on the ground floor, being covered and with spaces for three cars. We have chairs and beach umbrella with service of back and forth.
The condominium is located about 150m from the beach, with bars, restaurants, supermarket and shopping very close, but far enough to preserve the peace, so it is unnecessary to use a car for leisure and shopping,
All thinking for a super comfortable stay!

Lugar excepcional, estive com toda minha família, estávamos em 8 pessoas e foi uma das nossas melhores férias. A casa e ótima e o condomínio tb, perto de tudo, o que foi primordial nessa época de epidemia. Area de lazer muita massa, e as acomodações da casa também.. Não tivemos nenhum problema.. temos somente que agradecer o senhor Eduardo pelo hospitalidade oferecida. Logo estaremos de volta!

A casa é ótima, reflete 100% as fotos do site. Perto da praia, ao lado do supermercado, shopping, farmácia, tudo muito perto, não utilizamos carro pra nada.
Sobre os caseiros Igor e Iris, são nota mil, muito atenciosos e prestativos.
E sobre o proprietário Eduardo, outra pessoa muito gente boa e muito prestativo.
Enfim, nossa estadia foi excelente e com certeza iremos volta, recomendo a todos podem alugar.
