Large house with 7 suites all with air conditioning that hosts up to 23 guests at 100 meters from the sand on Barequeçaba beach in São Sebastião North coast. The house has 450 meters of construction on a land of 900 square meters and has space to accommodate up to 7 cars, 2 in a covered garage. Barequeçaba beach is very nice and ideal for the family as it has calm waters where you can practice, among other things, even stand up or kayak. Horseshoe-shaped beach bordered by many coconut trees and the view of Ilha Bela. At approximately 250 meters opposite the beach you have a grocery store, bakery, butcher and pharmacy as well as ice cream, drinks, restaurants and pizzerias. The house is 20 minutes from Toque Toque Beach and 30 minutes from Maresias. With 10 minutes by car you can reach the center of São Sebastião or the ferry that takes you to Ilha Bela, the ferry leaves every half hour. Separating is accepted as a form of payment. Barequeçaba beach is not located on Ilha Bela, but on the mainland in front of the island, with the entire sea channel between the 2 points. In the center of São Sebastião, you have the sidewalk in front of the waterfront events square with dozens of interesting places such as various restaurants, including Greek, Rocha and Rochinha ice cream parlors and pizzerias, coffee and snack bars. In these years we have received many guests who come to weddings on the beach and in the house. Grooms, godparents, guests before the pandemic were frequent and will be back for sure. The house has a caretaker who lives only in an annex of the garage and works at Kiosk Jundiaí, 5 minutes walk from the house. The Kiosk belongs to his family and they usually provide tables, chairs and umbrellas if they visit the place or even bring home portions or meals, just combine with him. When a guest needs people to work during the stay, such as a cook, maid, barbecue or other people for service, the caretaker is responsible for cleaning up with the guest.Free Season Ref.: 93432
