House for vacation rental in São Sebastião
The house is super spacious and well decorated, upon entering the property there is a dining room and integrated TV, a kitchen and a complete bathroom.
The three suites are on the ground floor with air conditioning and ceiling fans, and a balcony overlooking the pool and pleasant garden, offering armchairs, sofa and hammocks for resting.
The mezzanine of the house has a large area, living room with fireplace, two sofa beds, table for games, reading room and bar.
The leisure area is the strong point of the house, hammocks, lawn for sports and vegetable garden, and the main attraction: a large swimming pool, with a small beach and children's area, and space to enjoy with sun loungers, tables and chairs. Pool is cleaned daily by hired professional.
It also offers a gourmet area with barbecue and wood oven, with ceiling fans, wooden table and benches for meals in front of the pool. And also on the porch of the house there is another barbecue and table with chairs.
Ideal for home office, excellent internet.
Possibility of hiring additional home service.
