The house is located in a gated community with 24-hour security, 150 meters from Camburizinho beach, very wooded, with woods for walking, adult and children's swimming pool, multi-sports court (tennis, futsal, basketball and volleyball) games room with table pool, ping pong and foosball, playground and gym for seniors, beach service with 6 chairs and 1 umbrella.
Three parking spaces in the house.
Camburizinho beach is considered one of the most beautiful beaches on the north coast, with good restaurants, bars, pizzerias, market and pharmacy, it is located between the beaches of Baleia, Camburi, Boissucanga and Maresias.
