Rooms:
4 bedrooms, 2 of which are suites. Sleeps 13 people.
Suite 1 Upper Floor 1: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, sleeps 3 adults
Suite 2 ground floor: 1 double bed, 2 single beds, sleeps 4 adults
Ground floor room 3: 1 double bed, 2 single beds, sleeps 4 adults.
Ground floor room 4: 1 double bed for 2 adults
Small living room with Smart TV and Netflix - (1st floor) - 1 bunk bed for 2 adults (equipped only with ceiling fan)
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
5 bathrooms: 4 inside the house, 1 next to the barbecue area, and an outdoor shower next to the pool.
Garage for up to 5 cars
Private armed security with cars and motorcycles patrolling our street and the one next door 24 hours a day on weekends, holidays and during peak season, plus a high wall with spikes around it, alarm system, cameras, and intercom. Free Wi-Fi internet.
The house is 400 meters from the beach.
The house is well located near supermarkets, restaurants, bars, etc...

NOTES:
We provide 2 bikes and beach equipment: 4 umbrellas, 6 beach chairs, and 2 transport carts.
SOME RULES TO FOLLOW:
PARTIES: Parties will only be allowed among the occupants of the house.
ANIMALS: As long as they don't damage furniture, garden, etc., there's no problem at all; however, if they do, the Tenant will be responsible for all expenses, including the cost of the daily fees necessary to restore them to their original condition.
SECURITY DEPOSIT CHECK: Upon arrival, a security deposit check made out to the lessor in the amount of R$ 3,000.00 will be provided, and upon departure, provided no problems are found, it will be returned.
FEES AND SERVICES TO FOLLOW:
CLEANING: R$ 400.00
ENERGY CONSUMPTION: Upon entry, the electricity meter will be read, and the same will be done upon exit, where consumption in kWh will be calculated and the tariff charged will be based on the property's last electricity bill.
