Ficamos com a opção de faxineira 1x por semana, para manter limpo.
Recomendo os imoveis, perto de tudo barzinhos, restaurantes, bancos, onibus para todo Florianopolis em frente, supermercados e perto praia.
Vale a pena, eo atendimento dos proprietarios é otimo.

A proprietária foi muito atenciosa e cumpriu com tudo que acordamos. Voltaremos nas férias e já indicamos para alguns amigos, que inclusive, já estão alugando o mesmo local agora no verão.
