- Chalet with 4 bedrooms, 3 with air conditioning; 2 full bathrooms, 1 bathroom on each floor of the house with electric showers; uncovered parking spaces. Swimming pool with 45,000 liters; Wi-fi Internet and TV with NetFlix, large patio.- The dormitories have 3 double beds; 1 single bed divided into 4 bedrooms and have 3 extra single mattresses and a double sofa in the living room.
- It has bedding: sheet, over-sheet, pillowcases, blankets, pillows, air conditioning in 2 bedrooms, ceiling fan in the bedrooms and floor fan in the living room.
Towels are not provided.
NOTE: The Chalet has accommodation for up to 12 people, ideally for 7 adults and 5 children or teenagers. The 5 people would stay on mattresses and sofas.
- Living room, kitchen and bathroom on the first floor and the 4 bedrooms are all on the second floor.
- The kitchen has microwave, coffee maker, water filter, set of pans, pressure cooker, blender, toaster and sandwich maker, crockery, cutlery and platters, and utensils for using the barbecue.
- External tank, with broom and squeegee, does not have a washing machine.
- It does not have beach chairs and umbrellas.
- The owner lives at the back of the property in a small house and uses a side passage of the house to pick up her vehicle in the day-to-day that is in the courtyard.
- Located 2 km from the beach and 1 km from the main avenue of Campeche.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Excellent house located in the neighborhood of Campeche, a quiet and upper-middle class location.
THE BEACH: The beautiful Praia do Campeche has thick seas and crystalline waters, ideal for bathing, surfing and kitesurfing. Facing the paradisiacal Ilha do Campeche, generating a breathtaking view for those who sit in front of the sea.
CAMPECHE ISLAND: With transparent water, it looks like a piece of the Caribbean in the middle of Magic Island.
The island is reached by boat via Praia do Campeche.
