House for vacation rental in Florianopolis
A fully equipped and comfortable house, located on a dead-end street, 270 meters from the beach.

Space
For everyone's comfort, the house can accommodate a maximum of:
• 11 adults (in a double bed, 1 single bed)
• 3 children (on single mattresses) on the floor to share the room.
Please note that the rental price changes according to the number of guests. Please ensure you provide the exact number; otherwise, you will be charged for any extra guests!
The house is divided as follows:
• Ground floor: living room, 1 TV room, 1 full bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, barbecue area, powder room, backyard and garage for 4 cars.
• 1st floor: 2 suites, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 balconies.
• 2nd floor: closed off for family use only.
All rooms have air conditioning!
Items provided: 1 set of sheets for each bed, 3 pillows for each room, 1 blanket for each bed, 1 face towel per bathroom, and 1 bath towel for each guest.
Since the house has a washing machine, guests can wash bed linens and towels as needed. Bed linens and towels will not be changed during the stay.
If guests do not need to use our bath towels or bed linens, a discount (to be agreed upon) can be applied to the cleaning fee.
Other observations
The beach house was built by the owner over 30 years ago. Renovations, maintenance, and improvements are carried out regularly.
The house is used by the family during vacations and rented out when not in use. It's located on a quiet dead-end street with many residents.
We don't accept groups of young people. We've had too many bad experiences with that before!
We ask that you respect the quiet hours, from 10 PM to 8 AM.
- NO PARTIES ALLOWED AT THE HOUSE!
Pets are not allowed on the premises unless authorized by the owners, and extra fees will be charged!
Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented right at the beach entrance. We don't provide them ourselves because we haven't had good experiences with them in the past!

Fabiane es una excelente anfitriona. Estuvo siempre atenta a cualquier consulta o necesidad, tanto antes como durante la estadía. Lo mismo Poliana: ambas fueron muy amables y brindaron un servicio impecable.
La casa estaba en óptimas condiciones y, además, contaba con cosas que no esperábamos y que nos resultaron muy útiles, como sillas, sombrillas y conservadoras, entre otros detalles. Ante cualquier inconveniente, nos ayudaron a solucionarlo rápidamente.
La propiedad cumple con todo lo que se menciona en la publicación y tiene una ubicación excelente en la hermosa playa de Ingleses. ¡Muy recomendable!
