TV room and all bedrooms with air conditioning.
Very sunny and well-ventilated house, surrounded by gardens. Located 250 meters from the beach and 500 meters from the commercial area.
Dead-end street, quiet neighborhood, and mostly residential area.
It has an alarm system and camera monitoring for added security.
It is close to a supermarket, bakery, and the shopping center (500m) is bustling with shops (clothing, gifts, decoration, etc.) and services (food, pharmacy, supermarket, bakery, etc.).
Ingleses is a busy beach all year round.
It has many residents and offers services without requiring residents to leave the neighborhood.
Everything is possible to do on foot.
For everyone's comfort, the house can accommodate a maximum of 11 adults and 3 children (3 mattresses on the floor to share the room with the adults).
The house is divided as follows:
Ground floor: living room with TV, 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, barbecue area, powder room, backyard and garage for 4 cars.
First floor: 2 suites, 1 bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single bed), 1 bedroom (2 double beds), 1 bathroom, and all bedrooms have access to the balcony.
2nd floor: closed off for family use only.
Items provided: 1 set of sheets for each bed, 1 blanket for each bed, 1 face towel per bathroom, and 1 bath towel per guest. As the house has a washing machine, guests can wash bed linens and towels as needed.
We do not offer a linen change service!
If guests do not need to use our bath towels or bed linens, a discount (to be agreed upon) can be applied to the cleaning fee.
