- Located next to the shopping center, with restaurants, snack bars, supermarkets, nightclubs, buses approximately 50 meters from the apartment to the entire island and mainland, land and sea tourist excursions, shops with various products.
- Ideal beach for children and the elderly.
We do not accept pets.
- Ideal apartment for up to 4 people, possibly up to 5 people if there are children.
- Opening hours are Monday to Sunday from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight), normal hours apply on holidays.
- To reserve, prepay 1 (one) night's stay, or another amount specified, by Western Union transfer, PIX, or bank deposit directly into the owner's account. The remaining balance is due upon arrival at the property. Credit and debit cards are not accepted.
- The advertised price is for low season, from April 30, 2025 to November 30, 2025 and from April 30, 2026 to November 30, 2026.
