O apartamento é excelente, muito limpo, com todos os utensílios de cozinha necessários. Tem tudo próximo, praia, restaurante e um mercadinho. O Sr. Alfredo é muito atencioso, educado e nos atendeu em tudo o que fora solicitado, é um excelente locador. Os funcionários do condomínio são prestativos e educados. Eu e minha família recomendamos a quem quiser ter férias tranquilas e com conforto, por um valor justo. Muito obrigado!

Imóvel muito aconchegante, bem próximo a praia, limpeza e manutenção impecável, cozinha e utensílios domésticos brilhando, o proprietário senhor Alfredo muito disposto, sem dúvidas presta um bom serviço além de atencioso muito educado.
Você se sente em casa, lá tem de tudo microondas, todos os utensílios domésticos que necessitamos, sanduicheira, geladeira duplex impecável, máquina de lavar, colchões muito limpos...
Sem sombras de dúvidas recomendaria este imóvel a todos.
O apartamento Tem vaga pra um carro na garagem, fomos em dois, mas isso não nos causou problemas, atravessando a rua sentido praia, na esquina, tem um enorme estacionamento da senhora Izildinha, negociamos e o carro do meu pai ficou lá os 3 dias de hospedagem sem precisar sair de la, na outra esquina tem restaurante, mercadinho, etc... Tudo muito perto.

Apto otimo bem estruturado,bem equipado, limpo, boa localização, bem perto da praia. Condominio bem tranquilo. Praia não é muito estruturada, deveria ter mais zelo por parte do municipio e dos visitantes, muito lixo, poucas lixeiras. Natureza maravilhosa, respeito zero.
Donos e pessaol que nos recepcionou muito atenciosos e preocupados em nos atender com muita dedicação. Super Recomendo.
