My "COZY Chalet," the name I've given this apartment. It's located on the ground floor, 100% accessible. Completely renovated, modern, and decorated. Bright, airy, and sunny. Its private entrance features a backyard restricted to guests, with plants and a hammock for relaxation.
It has 2 bedrooms, one of which is a suite, a total of 2 bathrooms, a living and dining room, a kitchen, and a service area.
It accommodates a maximum of 6 people, including children.
We do not accept pets.
Apartment with 2 bedrooms, one being a suite, with air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Ceiling fans in all rooms, plus 1 separate fan.
Suite 1 has a queen-size bed and a 32" flat-screen TV.
Room 1 has a double bed and 1 bunk bed.
Bathrooms equipped with safety bars for the elderly.
In the living room: 2 three-seater sofas, flat-screen TV, 1 table for 6 people.
The mattresses are all protected with hygienic hospital-grade covers.
Kitchen equipped with 1 refrigerator/freezer, 4-burner cooktop and oven, microwave, electric oven, sandwich maker, blender, water filter. Tableware and stovetop suitable for up to 6 people.
Laundry area with washing machine.

Includes 2 indoor parking spaces within the building.
Condominium with beautiful landscaping, 3 kiosks with barbecue grills, adult/children's pool with waterfall, games room, playground, enclosed parking, 24-hour security.
This space is designed for guests who love and respect nature, and who seek tranquility and comfort. The condominium is just 80 meters from Enseada Beach and a few meters from a shopping center.
Enseada Beach boasts a wide expanse of sand, natural shade, clear and calm waters. It has food kiosks and is a departure point for schooner tours. Local businesses include restaurants, a pizzeria, a supermarket/bakery, a fish market, a gas station, etc.

A hospedagem foi simplesmente maravilhosa! O lugar é exatamente como nas fotos — limpo aconchegante e muito bem cuidado...de fácil acesso a praia, apenas 80 metros. A Suzana foi extremamente atenciosa e prestativa do início ao fim, sempre disponível para ajudar no que fosse preciso, e sr. Narciso (zelador) tambem muito cuidadoso com minha familia, me senti em casa e com certeza voltarei outras vezes. Super recomendo a experiência! 👏✨
