Casa não condiz com anúncio, no anúncio diz que que é para até 18 pessoas, mas acomoda 10 no máximo, diz que que tem cama de solteiro mas não tem,e o pior de tudo a casa estava uma sujeira, geladeira estava em péssimo estado, além de suja com mal cheiro tinha até uns bichinhos a casa no geral estava em péssima condição de limpeza, fomos com três bebês experiência horrível, primeira e última vez que aluguei esse imóvel

Sobre a casa creio que a casa atende o número de pessoas descrito, tendo em vista que são 3 quartos, todos com cama de casal, e dois beliches de solteiro em cada cama.
Mais um sofá cama e 2 colchões extras.
Sendo assim comporta o número de pessoas anunciado.
Sobre a limpeza gostaria de pedir desculpas pra você, realmente aconteceu uma troca da moça da faxina, e realmente concordo com oque foi dito sobre a limpeza na ocasião, infelizmente a moça deixou a desejar,
Já resolvemos internamente.
Me sinto chateado pelo sua reclamação, gostaria que tivesse um final de semana de muita alegria!
