The property is LARGE, with plenty of NATURAL LIGHTING and very AIRY. Clean and subtle decoration, it has 2 bedrooms, one suite and another bathroom, large kitchen with windows, views of the Port of Santos and Praia do Tombo, laundry, L-shaped living room with dining room and an amazing balcony.
We have kitchen utensils, fully furnished, as we value your comfort and warmth on well-deserved rest days!
In the building, there are only 2 apartments per floor, 2 elevators, swimming pools, sauna and barbecue and a parking space.
RESERVATION RULES:
- WITH A MINIMUM OF 2 days in advance.
- ACCOMMODATION FOR UP TO 6 PEOPLE.
HOUSE RULES:
NO SMOKING inside the property.
***Due to the pandemic, we do not provide bed and bath linen.
Upon arrival from the beach: enter through the bather entrance and wash your feet.
Outlets and appliances in the apartment are all 110v.
When leaving the apartment, turn off the lights.
BEFORE LEAVING THE PROPERTY, WASH THE DISHES AND COLLECT ALL THE GARBAGE AND THROW IN THE DUMPSTER THAT IS ON THE STAIRCASE.
MANDATORY USE OF MASK IN BUILDING DEPENDENCE.
