Apartment for vacation rental in Guarujá
Apartment with 4 suites facing the beach, complete with Wi-Fi, Split Air Conditioning in all suites and sea views
The condominium limits the apartment to 10 occupants.
The 4 suites have split air conditioning, ceiling fans, LED TV, Wi-Fi Internet, single box beds and box spring mattresses (3 bedrooms have 3 single beds each and 1 bedroom has a bed with an auxiliary bed (double bed) Two beds when joined together form a large double bed, as the joining of the box beds is almost imperceptible. All 4 suites have a protective screen.
Living room with 50" LED TV, 7-seater L-shaped corner sofa, ceiling fan and a large L-shaped window covering 2 walls from ceiling to floor and overlooking the sea.
Dining room integrated into the TV room with a table for 8 seats.
Open American kitchen, with central island, cooktop stove, electric oven, microwave oven, 400L frost free refrigerator. Complete with household appliances (blender, mixer, sandwich maker, coffee maker, etc...) Also complete with household utensils (dishes, cutlery, pans, coffee bottle, and other utilities).
Laundry area with tank, washing machine and iron.
The building has 2 elevators (1 social and 1 for bathers/services) and a 24-hour reception.
With social entrance and bathers with showers and bathroom on the ground floor.
The condominium has beach service with a 3 meter umbrella (ombrelone) and 10 chairs.
We have 1 space in a covered garage in parking, with valet, if a 2nd space is needed, it must be rented directly at reception (I don't have the price), negotiation on site.
Located in the best point of Guarujá (in front of the sea and 2 blocks from Shopping La Plage), next to the main promenade of Pitangueiras beach, where there are shops, snack bars, restaurants, beer bars, bakeries, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, fairs.
You don't need a car for anything!

Fomos em 9 pessoas e o apartamento acomodou super bem. É bem grande e todos os cômodos são espaçosos. A localização é excelente. De frente à praia, com várias barracas para atendimento, na rua de trás vários restaurantes, bares, padaria e muito próximo do shopping dando para ir caminhando. Atendimento de portaria ótimo. Proprietário muito atencioso, responde rapidamente desde o primeiro contato e nos ajudou sempre que necessário. Gostamos muito e voltaremos assim que possível!! A praticidade de estar em frente à praia valeu muito!!
