Chegamos imovel estava cheio de areia, cadeira quebrada, tivemos que ter refeição separados por não caber a família na mesa, vidro da mesa quebrado. Box do banheiro bem sujo e banheiro com mal cheiro de urina. Fiquei triste com ocorrido pq não havia relatos dizendo isso. Mas atendimento da recepção sempre de prontidão. Serviço de praia ótimo e localização excelente. Único contratempo foi ter pago faxina e encontrar apto nessas condições. Lamentavel

Alexandre Mendes Branco: Bom dia! O horário de check-in era as 16h e vocês chegaram de manhã, antes da faxineira. O apartamento havia acabado de ser desocupado. Se tivessem entrado no horário correto, teriam encontrado o apartamento limpo. A cadeira supostamente quebrada, era nova, ainda estava desmontada dentro do plástico.
