A localização é excelente: pertinho da praia de Pitangueiras, em uma rua muito segura, com policiamento 24 horas. O apartamento é impecável, muito confortável e oferece uma ótima experiência de lazer.
Além disso, está próximo de tudo: passeios variados, shopping com cinema e várias opções de entretenimento. Um destaque especial para o atendimento do seu Gilmar, que foi extremamente atencioso e prestativo durante toda a comunicação.

This apartment is for my use and if my wife, we take care of everything with great affection, we always leave everything tidy and fragrant to receive your family too, until today there was not a single family that said they would not return!
The location is great, although there is a garage in the building, you will rarely need to take the car out.
Perfect for families with children, next to the mall, fair, market, restaurants, pharmacies etc.
Well, we are suspicious about talking about it, it is our favorite home!
