O apartamento é bem localizado, pertinho da praia, é confortável. Porém, é bem antigo e precisa de algumas melhorias pois está com muitas infiltrações e tem uma banheira na suite que não me agradou. A única coisa que tenho a reclamar é essa banheira, precisava ser retirada e substituída por box. Os armários tbm estão precisando de reparos. No mais, é um lugar bom para se hospedar! O Sr. Milton é bem atencioso, respondeu todas as nossas perguntas...

Apartamento antigo, porém foi uma estadia muito confortável a limpeza estava impecável quando chegamos, além de fornecerem limpeza diária, fica apenas um quarteirão da praia sem necessidade de retirar o carro para nada, poucos utensílios porém nos serviu para cozinhar, condomínio maravilhoso sempre limpo e cheiroso, facilidade de entrada e saída com reconhecimento facial, a vista da sacada é incrível, indico e não vejo a hora de voltar.

O apartamento em si é bem pequeno( exatamente 6 pessoas NO MÁXIMO ),a sala è bem quente quase sem ventilação apesar de ter ventilador Porém bem fraco , os banheiros extremamente pequenos e cheiro ruim de esgoto,mto fedido mesmo ! PORÉM o apartamento tem uma localização EXCELENTE e o Flat è top! E o proprietário è mto atencioso e honesto!!

SUPER RECOMENDO. Eu e minha família alugamos o apartamento para o feriado de 15 de novembro e adoramos. O condominio com toda infraestrura, uma piscina bacana, serviço de praia com cadeiras e guarda-sol bacanas tb. Mas o melhor de tudo é a localização, o condomínio fica simplesmente perto de tudo, vc não precisa de carro pra nada. Muito bom.

Imóvel excelente, muito bem conservado, igual as fotos, com ar-condicionado nos 2 quartos!
A área de lazer do condomínio é ótima, tem piscina no térreo e na cobertura e ainda agendamos o uso da churrasqueira na cobertura.
Os funcionários do condomínio também são muito educados.
