Tania Mara Alves Machado: Os móveis não são muito velhos. Ao contrário são fortes, bons e de qualidade. O wi fi oscila, houve reclamação e depois o hóspede que contratou informou que melhorou. Essas taças plásticas devem ter sido colocadas por um hóspede anterior e não sido vistas pela faxineira, poderiam simplesmente ser jogadas fora, mas de toda forma peço desculpas. As mantas e travesseiros temos que deixar no apartamento. Esse sofá cama nem é divulgado, pois fica na área de lazer onde bate muita luz e não é adequado para dormir, mas por vcs terem levado a empregada, fiquei com pena e mencionei para maior conforto dela. Quanto a lavanderia ela fica na frente de um depósito, que fica na parte do fundo, onde ficam esses guarda sois quebrados e outros materiais depositados. E, infelizmente não falei com vocês no final porque um pouco antes da hora combinada para saída vocês não estavam mais. Também não me avisaram que saíram. Encontrei a porta de vidro da sacada quebrada, mas nem reclamei para não ter desgaste. Sinto se não foi o que esperava porém todos que alugam esse imóvel amam.
