For your convenience, this beautiful penthouse offers:
-Room 01: Suite with 01 double bed, TV and air conditioning;
-Room 02: Room with 01 double bed, TV and air conditioning;
-Room 03: Room with 2 single beds, TV and air conditioning;
-01 complete social bathroom;
-01 toilet;
-Integrated living and dining room, with air conditioning;
-Full kitchen and laundry room with integrated washer and dryer;
-Large balcony with charcoal barbecue, table with 6 chairs and view of the side street;
-02 parking spaces for medium-sized cars.
IMPORTANT:
-We do not provide bed linen and towels;
-The Boulevard Bombinhas Condominium does not allow visitors;
-Maximum capacity allowed by the condominium, up to 06 people (including children of any age);
-Parties or events are not permitted;
-Smoking is only allowed on the balcony;
-We accept 01 small pet, upon request;
-The parking spaces are intended for medium-sized vehicles, consult us about the size of your vehicle to avoid inconvenience;
-You will be asked to send in advance a copy of the identity document with a photo of all occupants of the property;
-Check-in between 2:00 pm and 10:00 pm, if you arrive after 10:00 pm a fee of R$50.00 will be charged to the person responsible for the check-in procedure;
-Check-out between 06:00 and 10:00, if you wish to leave before 06:00 a fee of R$50.00 will be charged to the person responsible for the check-out procedure.
