Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. Single storey house in a very quiet location, with a large fenced patio, approximately 200m from Mariscal beach (5 min walk). It is close to markets, pharmacy, bars/restaurants and tourist attractions, Morro do Macaco (3km), making it the ideal place to enjoy good times as a couple or as a family.The property:
01 bedroom with 01 double box-spring bed, wardrobe, split air conditioning; 01 separate mattress Widow model; 01 double sofa bed; 01 social bathroom with shower and electronic shower; Living room with 24-inch TV, sofa bed with ceiling fan; Kitchen with basic utensils, blender, frost free refrigerator, sandwich maker and gas stove; Private charcoal barbecue; We provide 4 pillows; We do not provide bed linen, towels, beach chairs and umbrellas; Ample parking (free) in the courtyard for up to 3 vehicles (without cover); 01 washing machine (Tanquinho model), semi-automatic; without centrifuge, WI-FI INTERNET (subject to fluctuations and unavailability, offered to customers as a courtesy, NOT INCLUDED IN THE DAILY RATE); We do not accept pets. With capacity for: 04 people, 02 people on an extra mattress and sofa bed.
The House has a video monitoring system in the external areas and windows with bars.
The courtyard is surrounded by a wall, closed with a manual sliding gate.
Shared Patio, we have another (private) house for rent (same land), making it possible to rent the properties together. Check availability.
We have well water, tap water, for use in the bathroom and sink, in case of lack of public water supply. (Water from the tip subject to changes in color and odor, yellowish).

• It is necessary to bring clothes and layette. We do not provide bed, table and bath linen.
• Beach items (Chair and Umbrella) are not provided.
For foreign reservations (directly with the owner) we charge 30% of the package value in advance, by contract, nationals 50%.
The remainder is paid on the day of arrival.

Cancellation policy: THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OF AMOUNT PAID or rescheduling of stay dates.
A security deposit of R$400.00 will be charged at check-in. The amount will be refunded after inspection at check-out if all contractual conditions are met.
