A casa nao conta con todas a infraestructura necesaria, y o dono nao está preparado para alugar o inmóvel.

Samuel Oliveira da Silva: Olá Adriana, lamento que não tenha gostado do imóvel. Toda a infraestrutura e ítens da casa estão descritos no anúncio, com fotos e também constados no contrato de locação assinado por ambas as partes. Ressalto aqui, que a capacidade máxima do imóvel é para 4 pessoas, conforme descrição no anúncio, mas a casa foi integralmente ocupada por 5 ocupantes. Seu esposo fez contato via whatss app comigo com mensagem de tom ameaçador por conta de você ter deixado o valor de caução. O caução é um ítem constado no anúncio e no contrato, o valor foi devolvido integralmente no check-out.
Durante o processo de check-out, seu esposo fez elogios do imóvel, inclusive em seu nome.
Pontuo que deixaram o imóvel com o ventilador de teto e a TV LCD 32 polegadas queimados.
Em relação ao horário do check-out, descumpriram o horário previamente combinado. Seu esposo impôs a condição que se caso eu não pudesse comparecer, deixariam às chaves com um terceiro desconhecido.
