FURNISHED: kitchen utensils - microwave - bed linen / towels - Cable TV (With Sports Channels + multi movie channels ) - WI-FI - extra single mattresses.
OCCUPATION: We suggest a maximum of 8 people, but occasionally there are more than 8, usually from the same family.
ADDITIONAL RATES: The daily rate of R$150,00 is up to 5 people. Above 5 people we add R$25,00 per day per extra person. The use of the air conditioning (in the bedrooms) is charged separately (R$1,25 per hour used per unit). We do not charge any additional fees.
FLEXIBLE HOURS: Our arrival/departure times are flexible, within reason. We welcome our guests personally, at any time of the day/night.
OBSERVATIONS: The apartment (approximately 90m2) occupies the entire first floor (2nd floor U.S. / access by stairs) of the small building (ours) in which we live (on the ground floor). We are therefore always close by, to provide any necessary assistance, but without interfering in the privacy of our guests.
LOCATION: 2 blocks from the beach - between João Cordeiro and Joaquim Alves streets - next to Hotel Casa Blanca.
CLOSE TO: Supermarkets - pharmacies - banks - car rentals - laundries - restaurants - sightseeing tours - clothing shops - Feira da Beira Mar (Beira Mar Handcrafts Street Market) - Dragão do Mar Cultural Center - Pirate Club - Central Market - Fish Market.
