Welcome to another accommodation in our company specialized in vacation rentals, our comfort in Campos!I recommend reading the entire description before.
The space
Comfortable and decorated apartment on the ground floor. Maximum capacity of 8 people (excess for children up to 2 years old)
BEDROOMS
- Bedroom 1 - Suite with king size bed
- Bedroom 2 - Two single beds
- Bedroom 3 - Two single beds
- Bedroom 4 - Suite with a bunk bed
*the last bedroom is away from the others and is directly connected to the kitchen
LIVING ROOM
Distributed and spacious containing:
- Dining room for up to 8 people
- 55' TV Living Room with 1 retractable sofa
- Fireplace room, with 2 sofas.
* the fireplace cannot be used.
Note: The little bar in front of the room is a really cool space to prepare some drinks. Contains a sink and sockets.
3 BATHROOMS
- 1. In the main suite (with bidet and two taps)
- 2. In the hall serving the second and third bedroom.
- 3. In the bunk bed suite, next to the kitchen.
*bathrooms 1 and 2 have heaters on the taps
CONDOMINIUM
The Green Village Condominium has several trophies in the landscaping and gardening category in Campos do Jordão. Just get to know what it's like to feel nature in an environment surrounded by centuries-old araucaria trees distributed among flower beds that make up a wonderful garden.
We ask everyone to respect and have good coexistence in the common area, as the condominium is firm with some rules for good coexistence, if you do not respect them, the person responsible for the rental may be fined.
Areas of the condominium included in the Accommodation:
*condominium heated pool, jacuzzi and sauna cannot be used by guests (unfortunately new condominium rule since 2022)
PETS
(Condominium Rules)
- Dog cannot be left in the apartment alone
- Dogs must be on a leash in the common area of the condominium
- We ask that you do not use blankets in the apartment for dogs
*non-compliance with the rule subject to fine
*we charge a small fee for the pet's stay
LOCATION
Very close to the center of Capivari, more or less 350m, with just 6 minutes of walking you can reach the busiest place in Campos do Jordão without having to take the car and look for a parking space, which in most cases is very difficult to find..
