The Residencial has a Rooftop swimming pool and is located on Bombas beach, close to the sea, about 350 meters from the beach.
Important - It is not allowed to hold parties or events. Smoking only on balconies. You will be asked to send a copy of the identity document with a photo of all occupants of the property in advance. Visits of third parties to the property are not allowed. Food is not included in the daily rate. The use of an identification bracelet is mandatory.
When contracting the accommodation package, the contract holder agrees to deliver the amount of R$300.00 in cash at the time of check-in, referring to the guarantee of any damage caused to the property. If everything is in agreement after inspection, the amount will be refunded in cash at the time of check-out. For check-in or check-out outside opening hours, a fee of R$50.00 is charged.
