Let me tell you a little bit about what our house is like.
It was designed with the comfort of groups of up to 10 people in mind — it's perfect, for example, for two families to enjoy together with plenty of privacy.
Our distribution is excellent:
On one side of the house: We have 2 bedrooms (with ceiling fans) each with a double bed and 1 shared bathroom between them.
*On the other side of the house: There is another guest bathroom between the other two bedrooms (with ceiling fans), 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and 1 more bedroom with 3 single beds.
* For socializing, we have a living room (with a ceiling fan), a dining room, and a kitchen equipped to prepare delicious family meals.
* And in the outdoor spaces we have a super charming little veranda in the front, with a beautiful garden to watch the time go by. And in the back, a delightful large veranda with a barbecue, comfy hammocks and a beautiful view of the lagoon... Perfect for afternoon lunches and those good conversations at the end of the day!

Located in a belt of residential condominiums in the Praia Linda neighborhood (São Pedro da Aldeia), on the Amaral Peixoto Highway (RJ-106), near the Via Lagos exit, our house, in the exclusive Sítio São Gonçalo Condominium, offers the perfect logistics for your vacation, guaranteeing a smooth and hassle-free arrival.
Our house is just 30 meters away, on a stretch of private beach in the beautiful Araruama Lagoon, known for its crystal-clear, calm, shallow waters. Perfect for children and for those who appreciate the region's cinematic sunsets.
For your convenience, the local shops in Praia Linda offer the essentials: fresh bread, a market, a pharmacy, and restaurants. And when you want a bit more activity, the famous white sands of Cabo Frio and Arraial do Cabo are a short and pleasant drive away.
