A gente chegou e ela tinha feito um bolo e doces pra nossa familia, trouxe uma maquina nova de lavar roupas, ventiladores extra quando a gente pediu. A piscina e limpa diariamente. A gente tinha crianças pequenas e a praia da frente nao era ideal mas pra ir a praia de setiba e super rapido. A vista pro mar e muito lindo. Recomendo.

View to the 3 islands, shallow islands, calvadas and ecological reserve. Direct access: Setiba pina beach, Setibão (surf beach) and 350m from Setiba beach., 400m from Pedra de Setiba Pina excellent for reel fishing. 12.3 km to Guarapari, 39 km from Vila Velha where there is: Convent da Penha, Praia da Costa, Praia Secreta, Praia do bananal, Polo Modas da Gloria, and Fabrica da Garoto (Nestle). It has a mountain region at 21 km (Buenos Ayres) and Pedra Azul at 113 km.
Activities: : Bars with live music Praia do Morro, Lua Azul and Multiplace nightclubs in Meaipe at 32km and show at the quarry arena 5.6km

Inicio pela hospitalidade dos proprietários que foram muito educados, gentis e prestativos. o imóvel apresentava um excelente nível de limpeza com tudo funcionado muito bem. Relativo aos proprietários não encontro adjetivos para elogiá-los. O imóvel é de ótima localização, a praia é muito boa. Relativo a passeio, gostamos muito da praia de castelhanos em Anchieta que fica próximo; na casa encontramos um anúncio de prestação de serviço de vam que nos atendeu muito bem.

Imóvel muito bem localizado de frente para a praia com vista linda da orla com acesso direto e discreto à praia. Muito bem cuidado, limpo e organizado. Recomendo a todos que gostem de passar uns dias fora do movimento da cidade a admirar a Praia de Setiba.

Fiquei hospedado na casa de 22 a 27/07. A casa é espetacular, muito espaçosa e com um visual deslumbrante. Estruturada para receber grandes famílias, com cozinha completa, churrasqueira, piscina, jacuzzi e sauna, além de uma bela praia em frente a casa. Recomendo sem sombras de dúvidas, voltaremos com certeza.
O casal de proprietários são super atenciosos e prestativos, sempre dispostos a auxiliar no que foi preciso.
