Fiquei uma semana nesse apartamento em janeiro e foi tudo bem tranquilo. Estava limpo, organizado e bem cuidado, não tive nenhum problema durante a estadia. A corretora foi bem acessível e resolveu tudo com facilidade, o que ajudou bastante. O prédio é bem organizado, tem dois elevadores e portaria 24h. A piscina e a sauna acabam sendo um bônus legal, principalmente pra quem fica mais dias. A vaga de garagem bem ampla e fácil de estacionar. No geral, foi uma experiência bem confortável e eu ficaria de novo.
