Apartamento excelente, limpo e espaçoso, mto bem mobiliado com todos os utensílios de cozinha, o Sr Carlos (proprietário ) foi pessoalmente nos receber e nos concedeu suporte durante toda a estadia, zelador do condomínio mto educado e atencioso, área social e a região da piscina mto bem limpa durante o dia todo, localização excelente, próximo à praia e a um mercadinho q tem de tudo. Voltarei e recomendo este apto.

Excelente apartamento! Superou minhas expectativas. Muito bem organizado, limpo, com vários utensílios, 3 banheiros (que faz toda a diferença!), ar condicionado nos quartos.... pertinho do mar e de um mercadinho (numa localização privilegiada - melhor local da Praia Grande, em Ubatuba).
O proprietário Carlos também é muito atencioso e receptivo. Passou todas as orientações com clareza e nos recebeu muito bem! Certamente, iremos voltar!

A estadia foi ótima, imóvel impecável limpo bem arejado ótima localização e anfitrião muito atencioso e zelador prestativo,infelizmente não conseguimos usar a sauna pois não funcionou mas de resto nota mil,super recomendo.
