House for vacation rental in Ubatuba
-Large owner's mansion, facing the sea, finely decorated, 80m from the beach, located in Santa Rita Beach, in a gated community, with 24h security.-The Santa Rita beach is very beautiful and the sea is calm as a lake, as we are in a bay in front of Saco da Ribeira, a natural port used for private boats.
-Our house has 1.200sqm with covered garage for 5 cars. Swimming pool with kiosk, barbecue and bar. Main hall, dining room for 12 people, TV room with fireplace, games room facing the pool, with snooker table, card tables and internal barbecue for rainy days.
- Seven spacious suites (5 facing the sea) with 11 beds (5 double beds + 6 single beds / no bunk beds), behaving up to 16 people beautifully. We also have a sofa bed installed in 3 suites, totaling accommodation for 22 people.
-The layout of the beds in the suites is as follows:
• Suite 01 ground floor - 01 double bed + sofa bed (46sqm - balcony door, air conditioning, closet, whirlpool, fireplace, living room and TV)
• Suite 02 ground floor - 01 double bed + single bed + sofa bed (46sqm - balcony door, air conditioning, closet and whirlpool)
• Suite 03 - 1 ° - 01 double bed + sofa bed (26sqm - whirlpool, balcony, balcony, air conditioning and fan)
• Suite 04 - 1st - 03 single beds (26sqm - balcony door, balcony, air conditioning and fan)
