Durante a sua estadia tivemos um imprevisto com o ar-condicionado, que foi prontamente resolvido com a visita de um técnico. Infelizmente, aparelhos eletrônicos podem apresentar falhas, especialmente em cidades litorâneas como Ubatuba, devido à maresia.
Também atendemos à sua solicitação por potes e travessas adicionais, que foram comprados e disponibilizados no apartamento durante sua hospedagem.
Quanto à observação de que o imóvel não corresponde ao anúncio, gostaríamos de esclarecer que todas as fotos publicadas são reais e representam exatamente o apartamento como ele é oferecido aos hóspedes.
Trabalhamos com a locação deste imóvel desde 2020 e esta é a primeira vez que recebemos esse tipo de comentário. Ainda assim, levamos todas as avaliações a sério e buscamos sempre melhorar a experiência dos nossos hóspedes.
Sentimos muito se sua estadia não atendeu totalmente às suas expectativas e permanecemos sempre à disposição para esclarecer qualquer ponto.
