Apartment for vacation rental in Ubatuba

Apartments right on the sand on the best beach in Ubatuba, Toninhas, without having to take the car out of the garage. Excellent beach for walking. One apartment with an L-shaped balcony: 1 beautiful view of the sea (apt 103) and the other part of the balcony overlooking the pool, 28' LED TV with satellite dish. Equipped kitchen. Located in Condominio Baía dos Golfinhos, facing the sea (25m away from the beach), comfortable, furnished for 6 people with 1 space in a covered and closed garage, swimming pool in the condominium, ceiling fan in the living room and bedroom, Air Conditioning in the bedroom, microwave, bathroom with glass shower, terrace with barbecue facing the sea (condominium). The barbecue must be reserved in person with the caretaker and is subject to availability. When using it, there is a cleaning fee of R$20.00 paid to the condominium.
I have 2 apartments in this condominium, one facing the other, ideal when traveling with 2 families.
In Toninhas you will have 3 beach options. On the right side is a small swimming pool, excellent for seeing turtles and fish. The middle, where the condominium is located, has a sea with light waves and the left corner with more waves. The sand at Toninhas is very light, the beach is clean, there are several kiosks with chairs, tables and umbrellas. And the best: staying right next to the beach and sleeping to the sound of the sea.
