The house, as you can see in the photos, is simple, but very well maintained.
The place belongs to residents of Ubatuba and therefore loud music or parties that disturb the neighbors are not allowed.
It is important to note that it is possible to walk to the beach, which is actually one of the most beautiful in Ubatuba. In addition to being close to the beaches of Enseada, Lázaro, Lamberto, Toninhas and Praia Grande (access by car, 5 minutes)
Pereqê-Mirim has a small shopping center, where you will find a large supermarket and also, closer to the house, a small supermarket. There are also 2 large pharmacies, restaurant and pizzeria, ice cream parlor, shops, water, gas and food delivery service, etc.
At night, the shopping center is vibrant and busy, with food trucks offering snacks.
Perequê-Mirim is close to Praia Grande and has a shopping center and very good restaurants and close to the center of Ubatuba.
