O imóvel é bem espaçoso. A cozinha é bem equipada e tem uma área externa bem ampla.

A casa está bem localizada (próximo a orla de Itaguá). A tv não funcionou muito bem, pois o sinal era bem ruim. A internet tbm não funcionou. As calhas precisam de manutenção pois no último dia de hospedagem choveu e molhou tudo.

A casa é de fácil acesso, tudo que é apresentado no site se encontra na casa, o imóvel foi entregue a nós bem limpo, tudo que precisávamos éramos bem atendidos, recomendo para amigos e família pois é de fácil acesso para o aquário, onde se pode ir a pé. Devido a está localizado próximo a praia, também é de fácil acesso a outras praias, onde conhecemos mais 4 praias próximas. Gostamos e recomendo.
