Vacation rental with exclusive occupancy for the TENANT and their FAMILY.
BASIC DAILY RATE R$395.00 (EXCEPT PRE-SEASON AND HIGH SEASON HOLIDAYS (OCTOBER UNTIL THE FIRST HALF AFTER CARNIVAL))
Please check the minimum stay and prices for holidays and peak season.
In case of cancellation, no refunds will be given for payments already made.

New Year's Eve Min. 6 days
Carnival Min. 5 days
Payment method: Inquire about possible installment plans until the property is purchased.
An additional R$240.00 will be added to the package for a one-time cleaning fee.
If a small pet is allowed, the fee increases to R$340.00.

The apartment is on the 4th floor, with an elevator.

Distance to the best restaurants in Itaguá: 10 minutes (3 km)
Distance to the city center, banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, etc.: 13 minutes (5 km)
Suite room with double bed, air conditioning and ceiling fan (2 people)
Shared bedroom with 2 bunk beds, air conditioning (sleeps 4), safety net on the window.
Accommodation for up to 8 people, with 6 people sleeping comfortably in beds on 2 mattresses.
Gourmet balcony (barbecue area) with safety net.
Kitchen equipped with the basics for meal preparation (Pots, pressure cooker, frying pan, baking tray, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, blender, thermos, coffee filter holder, microwave oven, etc.)
Check-in time is from 2 PM to 7 PM. Check-out time is until 9 AM.
Subject to availability and upon request, schedules may be rearranged to suit the traveler's convenience.

Parking for 1 car; inquire about the possibility of renting a second parking space.
We do not have bed linens or towels (only pillows are available).
We do not have chairs or umbrellas.
Maximum occupancy allowed for 8 people (including children of any age).
One small pet is allowed in the apartment. An additional fee of R$200.00 applies for pet accommodation. The pet is not allowed to be left alone in the apartment.
A security deposit of R$300.00 will be added to the package to cover any potential damage caused by the animal to upholstery, furniture, mattresses, etc.

Everything in the apartment is of excellent quality.
We ourselves do the reception of the guests for the presentation of the condominium and apartment and the delivery of the keys, as well as in the exit, we do the inspection of the apartments and reception of the keys of the AP.
