Seasonal rental with exclusive occupancy for the TENANT and their FAMILY MEMBERS
BASIC DAILY RATE R$395.00. (EXCEPT PRE-SEASON AND HIGH SEASON HOLIDAYS (OCTOBER UNTIL THE 1ST HALF-WEEK AFTER CARNIVAL)

In case of withdrawal, amounts already paid will not be refunded.
Low Season minimum 3 days
Christmas Minimum 5 days
New Year's Eve Minimum 6 days
Carnival Minimum 5 days
Payment method: Consult possible installments until the entry into the property
R$230.00 will be added to the package for the one-time cleaning fee.
If a pet is occupied (SMALL pet), the fee increases to R$300.00.

Social Room with 2 Bunk Beds Air Conditioning (4 People), Safety Net on the Window
Accommodation for up to 8 people, 6 people in comfortable beds with 2 mattresses.
Gourmet Balcony (Barbecue) with Safety Net
Kitchen equipped with the basics for preparing meals (pots, pressure cooker, frying pan, baking tray, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, blender, thermos, coffee filter holder, microwave oven, etc.)
Check-in time is from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out time is until 9:00 AM.
If availability permits, schedules may be rescheduled upon request for the traveler's convenience.

We do not have chairs or umbrellas.
Maximum Occupancy Permitted for 8 People (Including children of any age)
One small pet is allowed in the apartment. Additional fee of R$100.00 for accommodation in the apartment. The animal is not allowed to be left alone inside the apartment.
A deposit of R$300.00 will be added to the package for any damage caused by the animal to upholstery, furniture, mattresses, etc.

Everything in the apartment is of excellent quality.
We ourselves do the reception of the guests for the presentation of the condominium and apartment and the delivery of the keys, as well as in the exit, we do the inspection of the apartments and reception of the keys of the AP.
