BASIC DAILY RATE R$395.00 (EXCEPT PRE-SEASON AND HIGH SEASON HOLIDAYS (OCTOBER UNTIL THE FIRST HALF AFTER CARNIVAL))

Distance to the best restaurants in Itaguá: 10 minutes (3 km)
Distance to the city center, banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, etc.: 13 minutes (5 km)
Suite room with double bed, air conditioning and ceiling fan (2 people)
Shared bedroom with 2 bunk beds, air conditioning (sleeps 4), safety net on the window.
Accommodation for up to 8 people, with 6 people sleeping comfortably in beds on 2 mattresses.
Gourmet balcony (barbecue area) with safety net.
Kitchen equipped with the basics for meal preparation (Pots, pressure cooker, frying pan, baking tray, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, blender, thermos, coffee filter holder, microwave oven, etc.)
Check-in time is from 2 PM to 7 PM. Check-out time is until 9 AM.
Subject to availability and upon request, schedules may be rearranged to suit the traveler's convenience.

A localização é muito boa,2 quadras da praia. O Imóvel bem limpinho, muito organizado tem todos tipos de utensílios, churrasqueira muito boa com varanda espaçosa. O proprietário bem atencioso,com certeza indicaria. No Itaguá tem bastante opções de restaurante e é bem próximo do imóvel.
