The Wembley Sea Condominium is a quiet and peaceful location, landscaped garden, beautiful native birds and small squirrels. There are restaurants on the beach, such as pizzeria, Japanese restaurant, kiosks and more.
The beach has bakery, market, a good infrastructure so you stay quiet, without the need to take car to go to the city.
Car access is via Idalina Graça Street, also known as Rua A.
The easiest reference is the Hotel Wembley Inn, Rua A, no 147.

Apartment for rent in Ubatuba - Praia das Toninhas Me hospedei nos dias 7 a 11 de agosto com minha esposa. A praia é linda. O melhor da casa é a localização. Fica a 2 min da praia se andar devagar. O som das ondas é uma constante, de tão próximo que fica da praia. Tem restaurantes por perto, mas vale ir até Itaguá para ter muito mais opções de restaurantes, cafés e museus. Ainda bem pertinho andando 10 min de carro chega-se a outras praias ótimas para se visitar: Lázaro, Domingas Dias e Enseada tem águas calmas e é ótimo para levar crianças. A casa: a casa tem uma infraestrutura boa e acomoda 6 pessoas com tranquilidade. A cozinha tem utensílios básicos para fazer uma refeição e/ou café da manhã. O estacionamento é tranquilo, tá! A casa está realmente confere com o anúncio.

O único incômodo vamos dizer assim é que o condomínio possui muitas escadas mais nada q ñ dê pra encarar rsrsrs. A localização é perfeita, a praia ótima para ir com crianças... Com certeza eu e minha família voltaremos lá em breve.

Descrição precisa, o imóvel estava em boas condições. com auxilio solicito do zelador. Pretendo voltar pois gosto muito desta praia. O restaurante do hotel prestou atendimento para o apartamento e o preço era menor que a barraca da praia.
Renata Renata: José, atendemos os hóspedes da melhor forma possível para que ele sinta-se em casa. Realmente o Hotel próximo ao apartamento tem um preço bem acessível.

Apartment for rent in Ubatuba - Praia das Toninhas Passamos 06 dias no apartamento da Renata. Fui com meu esposo dois filhos de 02 e 03 anos e minha sobrinha!!!!! O apartamento fica bem localizado para que não quer "tirar o carro da garagem", na verdade fica quase dentro da areia da praia, rsrsrsrsrsrs!!!! Basta você descer três lances de escada e passar um portão que já chegou, e na minha opinião no melhor "canto" das Toninhas para quem tem filhos pequenos, na volta tem uma ducha maravilhosa logo depois de passar o portão. O apartamento embora só tenha um quarto não deixa nada a desejar, pois é super espaçoso, possui dois banheiros o que nos surpreendeu pois não sabíamos (rsrsrs) e tudo bem limpo e organizado. Não me recordo o nome do Caseiro mas é uma pessoa bacana demais, prestativo daqueles que parece que você já conhece faz tempo, só para terem uma idéia ajudou a carregar nossas malas. Passamos dias maravilhosos ali, a garagem fica um pouco longe do apartamento e existem sim algumas escadas, mas nada absurdo, basta ver nas fotos!!!!!!! Por fim, quero agradecer a Renata que foi super atenciosa antes e durante a locação, retornou todas as nossas mensagens super esclarecedora. Para quem gosta de ficar proximo a praia, com tranquilidade, segurança e um apartamento espaçoso com uma vista maravilhosa, de um lado a montanha do outro a praia, eu recomendo.
Renata Renata: Erika, a praia das toninhas é bem familiar. A opção de não precisar de carro para ir à praia conta muito. Eu faço o possível para atender os hóspedes sempre que precisarem. Volte sempre, sua familia será sempre bem vinda.
