Discover our "Cozy Chalet," the name we've given to this apartment in the Via Marina Residential Condominium – Unit 15.
Located on the ground floor, with accessibility features, it has been completely renovated, making it modern, bright, airy, and sunny. It has a private entrance and a small backyard exclusively for guests, with plants and a hammock for relaxation.
There are 2 bedrooms, one of which is a suite, and 2 bathrooms. The suite has a queen-size bed and a 32” TV. The second bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, and there are ceiling fans in all rooms. The mattresses have hygienic hospital-grade covers, and the bathrooms have safety bars.
Living and dining room with TV, two 3-seater sofas, and a table for six people.
Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator/freezer, 4-burner cooktop with oven, microwave, electric oven, sandwich maker, blender, water filter, and utensils for up to 6 people. Laundry area with washing machine.
Shared Wi-Fi in the building and 2 parking spaces.
The Via Marina Residential Condominium features beautiful landscaping, an adult and children's pool with a waterfall, 3 kiosks with barbecue grills, a games room, a playground, enclosed parking, and 24-hour security.
Enseada Beach is just 80 meters away. It has clear, calm waters, a wide stretch of sand, natural shade, and kiosks. The area has restaurants, pizzerias, a supermarket/bakery, a fish market, and local shops, as well as schooner tours.

A hospedagem foi simplesmente maravilhosa! O lugar é exatamente como nas fotos — limpo aconchegante e muito bem cuidado...de fácil acesso a praia, apenas 80 metros. A Suzana foi extremamente atenciosa e prestativa do início ao fim, sempre disponível para ajudar no que fosse preciso, e sr. Narciso (zelador) tambem muito cuidadoso com minha familia, me senti em casa e com certeza voltarei outras vezes. Super recomendo a experiência! 👏✨
