Our offer is exclusively for adults, providing the peace and security of a private residence.
It has one bedroom with air conditioning, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a laundry room, a patio, and a balcony (all private).

Eugênio Ruiz Street, in the central point of Enseada, a strategic location 80 m from the beach and 100 m from a market, pharmacy, restaurant, pizzeria, kiosks, and the departure point for schooners and speedboats.
SERVICES:
We live in the front house and are available for support or emergencies, always respecting your privacy.
Comfort and hygiene are guaranteed by our personal care. We schedule a period of several days between rentals for deep cleaning and property maintenance.
We do not provide personal items (bedding, pillows, towels, or toiletries/cleaning products).
MAXIMUM STAY: 7 days.
