Come and enjoy tranquility, tranquility and peace in the Oratório neighborhood, with an indescribable mountain landscape, 12 km from the center of Socorro. The land is completely surrounded by a wall, electric gate (upon arrival the guest receives a copy of the key and control). The property has a solar heater and water from an artesian well. The interior of the house has:- 3 fully equipped suites, one of them with a King bed, and the other two with a double bed and a double mattress.

- Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, mixer, blender, electric oven, airfryer, electric coffee maker, electric rice cooker, mixer, and much more. Oh and we have a fridge in both the kitchen and the barbecue!
All rooms are spacious and can comfortably sleep 20 people. The windows are protected with screens, allowing for a peaceful night if you want to sleep with the window open.
The leisure area has a wonderful swimming pool, with space for children. We also have a barbecue, and in the orchard you can enjoy seasonal fruits and vegetables.
Parking is completely private (2 car covered garage and 6 car uncovered garage).
You will find the house fragrant and clean, as we live there, so it doesn't have that closed house smell, you know?
We really like plants and taking good care of this special corner.
The neighborhood is small and very quiet, the kind where someone passes by on the street and you know who they are and where they live lol
We feel safe and at peace here. Sometimes, the only noise that wakes us up in the morning is the macaws singing.
