Ranch for vacation rental in Socorro
Quiet place, in the Pereiras neighborhood, paved road, easy to get to.... The FARM is in front of the PEREIRA MARKET.
Heated pool (solar heating) and your pet is very welcome.
There are 3 bedrooms, one of which is a suite with 2 double beds and the other two with 3 bunk beds in each room. We have all the kitchen utensils, pots and pans, and accessories (blender, microwave, grill, etc.).
Note: We do not provide sheets, pillowcases, towels (face and bath) and dishcloths.
There are 4 TV sets and Wi-Fi internet, 2 refrigerators, a steam barbecue and a common barbecue.
Voltage 110W and 220W.
In the leisure area, you can enjoy the enchanting view of nature in the hammocks or sun loungers.
The farm is approximately 5 minutes from the city center and 8 minutes (by car) from the Shopping and Knitwear Fair and also has a supermarket in front of the farm.
The city of Socorro has certain rules. Setting off fireworks with loud bangs and playing loud music at any time of day are prohibited. If the rules are violated, the city police will issue a fine to the individual, not the residence. We are not responsible for fines.

A casa é super completa e nos atendeu muito bem.
A cozinha tem tudo o que a gente precisa para cozinhar, com geladeira e fogão bem grandes, além de sanduicheira, panelas de todos os tipos, pratos e talheres.
Na parte de fora, a piscina estava bem limpa e a churrasqueira tem um tamanho ótimo para fazer um churrasco para a família toda. Tinha até um pula-pula que as crianças aproveitaram bastante durante o dia.
A vista da casa é simplesmente incrível e tornando a estadia ainda mais agradável.
Os anfitriões foram super queridos, simpáticos e atenciosos conosco.
O mercadinho bem em frente ajudou bastante, tem pão francês bem gostoso só atravessando a rua.
