Ranch for vacation rental in Socorro
Quiet place, in the Pereiras neighborhood, paved road, easy to get to.... THE FARM is in front of the PEREIRA MARKET.
Heated pool (solar heating) and your pet is very welcome.
There are 3 bedrooms, 1 suite with a double bed and the other two with 2 bunk beds in each room. We have all the kitchen utensils, pans and accessories (blender, microwave, grill, etc.).
Note: We do not provide sheets, pillowcases, towels (face and bath) and dishcloths.
There are 4 TV sets and Wi-Fi internet, 2 refrigerators, a steam barbecue and a common barbecue.
Voltage 110W and 220W.
In the leisure area you can enjoy the enchanting view of nature in the hammocks or sun loungers.
The farm is approximately 5 minutes from the city center and 8 minutes (by car) from the Shopping and Knitwear Fair.
The city of Socorro has some rules, it is not allowed to set off fireworks with bangs and listen to very loud music at any time of the day, in case of breaking the rules the city police notify through a fine the person and not the residence where the incident occurred. We are not responsible for the fine.

A casa atendeu nossas demandas, nos acomodou de forma aconchegante.
Piscina estava sempre em uma temperatura agradável dessa maneira deu para curtir a todo tempo.

Fomos muito bem recebidos quando chegamos e durante o período que permanecemos. Local aconchegante, bem cuidado e localizado.
Os proprietários são muito amáveis e cuidadosos: nos orientaram em todas as necessidades (foi nossa 1a vez em Socorro).
Recomendo porque a vista é fantástica, o local bem organizado e tem tudo (funcionando e novo) e a piscina é um show.
