Maximum 18 people, we do not accept extras, even if it is just for the day.
Up to two (2) small pets allowed. For each additional fee of $150.00.
If you require special accommodation for someone with special needs, please inquire.
Check-in can take place from 4:00 pm, and check-out until 5:00 pm (which can only be exceeded, if negotiated, before the check-in day).
Bring personal objects, such as: pillows (if you have allergies), bed linen, tablecloth, bath and hygiene and cleaning items, such as: rubbish bags, detergent (the property is delivered with a sink sponge, a detergent, broom, squeegee and floor cloths).
Inside the condominium we have: restaurant, pizzeria, bar, gourmet market (Fridays from 5 pm to 10 pm), horse riding and waterfall.
10 minutes away (outside the condominium) we have: markets, pharmacy, bakery, meat boutique, fishmonger, etc.
By condominium rules, it is not possible to set off fireworks and the rights of neighbors regarding loudness and other noise must be respected.
Security cameras on the outside of the property.
Caretaker on site for daily cleaning.
