Beautiful farm for weekends and the season, located in Condomínio Porta do Sol, at km 63.5 of Rodovia Castello Branco, with 24-hour security and close to Shopping Catarina Fashion Outlet, in Mairinque - SP.

The Chácara has 6 bedrooms, 2 of which are suites, a 3-room living room, an American-style kitchen and a laundry room.

Amenities such as: Vivo fiber optic Internet / Wi-Fi 300 GB and Netflix Premium.

It also has a beautiful and spacious balcony, with a wonderful panoramic view.

Gourmet area with barbecue, pizza oven, refrigerator and freezer.

Games room, 5x10 masonry swimming pool, screened football field and lawn, and beautiful landscaping.

We accommodate up to 15 people for the night. The daily price varies according to the number of people.

At Entrance 2 of the Condominium, we have supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, bakery, pet shop, ice cream parlor, pizzeria, among other businesses.

Passamos o final de semana na chácara e foi uma experiência muito agradável. O local é bem cuidado, com piscina limpa, área gourmet completa e uma casa confortável que atendeu perfeitamente às necessidades da família. A cozinha é equipada, os quartos são bem arejados e a varanda trouxe um clima aconchegante.
O acesso é fácil, a localização é tranquila e o ambiente transmite bastante paz.

Foi um fim de semana de lazer, ideal para reunir a família e aproveitar cada momento. Certamente é um espaço que recomendamos e que vale a pena voltar em outras oportunidades.

Ponto a melhorar: A piscina poderia ter proteção em volta por conta das crianças e a sinuca precisa ser trocada pois esta desnivelada, mas de resto foi tudo muito muito bom.

Gostamos bastante da chácara e a Lilian é de extrema gentileza, disponibilidade e atenção.
Além disto, vale destacar alguns pontos como: A limpeza e manutenção são excelentes;
Os quartos comtam com guarda-roupas (o que é bem raro em imóveis de temporada); Adoramos a ampla varanda no entorno da casa e o pé-direito alto, o que a torna resca e arejada.
A área gourmet é muito boa, com vista pra piscina que é uma delícia.
Gostamos bastante e com certeza indicaremos para amigos.
