RULES
1- Sound allowed from 9am to 11pm:
The sound must be from 9 am to 11 pm. From 23h the sound must be turned off. At no time of day / night should the sound be loud enough to expand beyond the interior of the lounge and pool. If this occurs, the LESSORS will notify the LESSEE (A) so that he / she (a) mutes the sound immediately. Regarding the volume of the sound, the LESSEE (A) will answer, in the course of the lease, for any penalty that incurs as subpoenas to the payment of public order fines that may derive from its activity. Still in relation to the intensity of the sound of the event, if the object of this lease comes to be seized by the public authorities, the LESSORS will be exonerated from all and any resulting responsibilities.
2- Car stereo forbidden during the day or night during the rental:
Automotive sound is prohibited during the day / night, and the lessee is subject to the Federal Law on Criminal Misdemeanors (Law No. 3,688, of October 3, 1941), article 42.
3- Forbidden songs that contain bad words, obscene or profanity in their lyrics:
The LESSEE (A) will not be able to play songs that contain profanity, obscene words.
4- Forbidden to leave trucks, buses, minibuses parked on the public road in the vicinity of Casa de Campo:
It is only possible to enter the Casa de Campo cars and vans. Buses, minibuses, trucks or any tall vehicle will not be able to enter the Casa de Campo due to the height limitation of the access gate to the site. These tall vehicles cannot be left on the public road.
