RULES
1- Sound allowed from 9am to 11pm:
Sound must be played from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM. After 11:00 PM, the sound must be turned off. At no time during the day or night should the sound be loud enough to extend beyond the interior of the hall and pool. If this occurs, the LANDLORDS will notify the TENANT to reduce the sound immediately. Regarding the sound volume, the TENANT will be liable during the lease for any penalties incurred, such as summons to pay public order fines arising from their activity. Also regarding the intensity of the sound at the event, if the object of this lease is embargoed by the government, the LANDLORDS will be exonerated from any and all resulting liabilities.
2- Car audio is prohibited during the day or night during the rental period:
Car stereos are prohibited during the day/night, and the tenant is subject to the Federal Law on Criminal Offenses (Law No. 3,688, of October 3, 1941), article 42.
3- Songs containing swear words, obscene or vulgar words in their lyrics are prohibited:
THE TENANT may not play music that contains swear words or obscene words.
