Adorei a casa e gostei da localização perto de tudo, a rua por ser uma rua principal facilitou muito, passamos ano novo e já estou querendo programar o carnaval, pois adorei a cidade de itanhaem, dou nota 10 para a casa porque na praia muitos falando que estavam sem água e esta casa tinha agua todos os dias que estivemos hospedados, alugava na praia grande e sempre tinha dias sem agua, este ano graças a Deus não passamos por este problema, adorei a estrutura da casa.

Beachside house, new airy, furnished in Itanhaém. Distance from the sea 15 minutes on foot to the Cibratel II shore, by car 2 minutes.
Accommodates up to 12 people (can accommodate up to 15 people, but would have to take mattresses or mats).
2 bedrooms, one suite with double bed and single bed, second bedroom 2 bunk beds and a double mattress. I have 3 loose mattresses, 2 bathrooms, living room, American style kitchen.
In the service area, private barbecue, garage for 2 cars, cold shower in the backyard.
House well located on the main avenue, with shops and close to the main tourist spots

Imóvel limpissimo, bem arejado levei meus pais que são idosos e a casa foi perfeita sem degraus, area livre enorme, os colchões em perfeitas condições, faltou só a piscina kkkk, mas adoramos a casa e pretendo alugar mais vezes.
