House for vacation rental in Ilhabela
Our house is located within a condominium 1.5 km from Av. Principal. It closely resembles a farm, a very quiet location, dirt road, birds and a lot of nature around. In the back of the house we have access to waterfall, and if it is very hot has a pool too. Barbecue next to the kitchen, after all barbecue is all good.
Our House is the ideal place to spend quiet moments with the family listening to the sounds of nature. For this reason our residence does not accommodate parties, loud sound or classes with excessive nighttime activity.
The owners live in an adjacent house, we are always ready to give the best tips to enjoy the island. We are very hospitable, we have accumulated a number of guests who have become friends over the years.
House Rules:
-Do not smoke
-No making noise, loud sound, running, shouting.
-We do not accept more than 10 occupants
- Dogs are welcome, with caveats.
-We do not provide bed linen
-Vehicles are parked in front of the house on the street, it's very safe.
