Located in the Perequê neighborhood (between the ferry and the Historic Center), it is one of the most valued and central areas of Ilhabela, 600 meters from Perequê Beach and with easy access to beaches, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, and tourist agencies.

The chalet includes:
Comfortable, cozy room with a glass ceiling window perfect for stargazing or watching the rain fall, curtains, air conditioning (fan and air conditioning), queen-size bed, wardrobe, and 40" smart TV.
Fully equipped kitchen with hot water tap and all appliances (microwave, air fryer, blender, sandwich maker, electric kettle, water filter) and utensils for everyday meals, also has a coffee corner with a Dolce Gusto machine and a traditional coffee maker.
